Fees and Charges
By enrolling in our Low Tox Life courses, you agree to pay the course fees using the payment method you have selected under the course Enrolment Agreement.
You are required to pay the total amount of the course fees even if you do not complete your course.
Student fees will include the necessary e-learning resources such as online interactive resources, online PDFs or workbooks dependent upon the course of study chosen.
Refund And Cancellation Policy
You will be eligible for a full refund of fees paid ONLY if Low Tox Life cancel the nominated course before you have logged in to access the system.
You will be eligible for a refund of fees paid ONLY if you, the student decides to cancel within the 7-day money-back guarantee period, please note there is an admin fee of $30 (to cover processing fees/set up fees we incur).

You can:
- Opt to transfer to a different course if your chosen course is not suitable.
- Opt to transfer the course to a different person (friend, family or someone interested in taking over the course)
- Unlimited Access: so you can return to complete the course at any time *Dependent on the course
Course commencement
Unless otherwise agreed, the agreed course commencement date will be the date of issuance of a username and password for online course access.
Unlimited Access
Unlimited access means that your course access does not expire. Therefore, as long as you are active for any time over 48 months, your login and password will remain active so that you can access your course. The only exception to “unlimited access” is if the course is cancelled, updated or changed. This will only happen if all students have completed the course. *Dependant on the course

Low Tox Club Membership
There are no refunds given once you have purchased your first year of membership for the Low Tox Club given the enormous amount of intellectual property available as soon as one joins.
You can however ensure your subscription is not renewed if you wish for it not to be, by emailing [email protected] and requesting cancellation. We will confirm your last day of access to the platform in our reply and confirmation of the cancellation.
