- New book – hooray! Why did you feel this one needed to be written? What were you seeing in client’s and your social community’s continued challenges that made you want to ‘answer’ them with this?
- Let’s talk diets and what they have to do with finances: aka ‘budgets’ – Feels like you throw us all a comfy blanky when you say they don’t work. We kind of knew it all along. You save and are really ‘good’ for a month or even a year, and then boom because you’ve been so ‘good’ you feel deserved in your splurging. So is the same psychological stuff at play here?
- How can we stop self-sabotaging when it comes to money?
- What can we do when we become paralysed with stress around money? How do we pluck ourselves out of that so we can effectively move forward?
- What can we do to reframe so that saving and building assets steadily as we go along, becomes a fact of life – just something that we know how to do and that we ACTUALLY do!?
