Your Partner in Root-Cause
Health & Environmental Wellness
For a long time, I've been frustrated at how expensive it is for the average person to access an integrative approach. I know hundreds of excellent practitioners who are of course worth every penny they charge, but also true, is that I understand firsthand through my whole mould story, what it is to sink thousands and thousands of dollars into your health and literally run out, or not have the option in the first place. It shouldn't be so hard or exclusive to get help mapping a path forward, get a second opinion on results, a treatment plan or your questions about the advice you've been given.
What I went through with mould is why I started private coaching for people going through mould-related illness, home troubles or who needed my medical filofax brain after having interviewed 450+ health professionals this past decade, to help think both out of the box and avoid forgetting the lowest hanging fruit: BUT I wanted to offer access to health and building professionals as well with the shared belief that there are many ways to support people, many tools for SOS times and for long games, and everyone deserves individual care access that doesn't cost a fortune: How to do that? The Low Tox Clinic.
Sometimes the missing piece to your health puzzle isn't just what's happening inside your body - it's what's happening around it. The Low Tox Clinic brings together naturopathy and building biology to help you understand how your home environment and lifestyle choices might be affecting your wellbeing, and what you can do about it.
Whether you're dealing with ongoing health challenges that haven't responded to traditional treatments, want to create a healthier home environment, or simply need clarity on a specific concern, we're here to support you with a safe, accessible space. I'm looking forward to introducing more health professionals across different modalities where home, environment and health intersect soon, too - watch this space!

The Low Tox Clinic Approach
We work with a root-cause lens that includes not just what's happening in your body, but what's happening in your home and environment. Our practitioners bring together natural medicine and building biology to give you a more complete picture of your health.
What makes us different? We help you take stock of your health and give you the autonomy to decide your own health direction. Whether that means working alongside conventional medical care, exploring natural therapies, or addressing environmental factors in your home - we meet you where you are and support what works best for you.
Our practitioners draw on the following types of support, as well as helping you integrate various holistic approaches with conventional support you're receiving, if needed:
Meet Our Founding Practitioner - Lisa Waayer
Lisa is our in-house building biology and natural medicine support practitioner in the Low Tox Club, guiding members, offering perspectives and routes to explore, and sharing her much-appreciated weekly tips in the chat group. When we talked about how to make private support available through an online clinic space for our low tox community, we birthed the Low Tox Clinic and here we are...
Lisa brings a unique perspective to health consultations, combining naturopathy with building biology. After years in naturopathic practice, she noticed that some patients weren't improving despite trying multiple treatments. In 2018, after discovering her own health challenges were linked to mould exposure from a water-damaged home, she realized how often environmental factors like mould, toxins, EMFs, and poor air or water quality were the missing pieces in chronic illness cases.
She completed her Building Biology studies in 2025 and now brings both perspectives together in her consultations. Her approach is patient-driven - taking what may feel like overwhelm and helping you turn it into manageable, achievable steps.
Lisa is especially passionate about nervous system health (sleep, mood, energy), allergies (skin, gut, immune), reproductive health, and emotional support through flower essence therapy.
