A lot of the time we’re trying to make all these decisions around how to furnish our homes, what to put on our face and body, what to eat and we’re stressed out of our mind trying to do it! The mind piece of the low tox life is vastly underestimated in terms on the impact it can have on our overall success in living an empowered and happy low tox life. Stress is shown to be often the biggest hindrance to our health of them all!
