Psychologist Glenn Livingston helps people towards healthy eating habits for a living. Disillusioned by what traditional psychology had to offer overweight and/or food obsessed individuals, Dr. Livingston spent several decades researching the nature of bingeing and overeating via work with his own patients AND a self-funded research program with more than 40,000 participants. Most important, however, was his own personal journey out of obesity and food prison to a normal, healthy weight and a much more lighthearted relationship with food.

His work centers around self-exploration, kindness, and achieving food freedom if you live a life lured by food constantly without a framework for breaking free. In this show, we explore a world where we ‘never binge again’. Is it possible? Glenn believes wholeheartedly YES. Why is it that we knowingly do things that we know aren’t good for us? How can some people make changes and stick to them and you find it super hard? Do you find yourself boredom eating? Reaching for food repeatedly before meals? Finding you eat one thing that you know is less than ideal for health only to then do it more and more ‘because what the hey, you’re not perfect now so this is you’.
