Dr Min Yeo, this week’s guest, is my doc – but excitingly for her and sadly for her patients, she’s now retired. With 37 years experience, most of which through the Functional Medicine lens, I wanted to bring her on the show.

Ex Functional Medicine MD & Violinist turned Silver Model & Healthy Lifestyle Advocate. As an ex medical doctor with over 37 years of experience, Dr Min Yeo has spent most of her professional career running a successful functional medicine clinic in Bondi Junction, Sydney – only moving back to Melbourne in 2021 to be closer to family & retire from medicine. Outside of medicine, Min has been a professional violinist & Yoga Teachers Australia Certified Yoga Teacher as well as being a devoted dog mum to Mimi Red Toy Poodle (Delta Therapy Dog) .
She is passionate about spreading awareness of the impact of the environment & lifestyle measures such as diet, sleep, exercise, stress management as a foundation for healthy living & ageing.
