About this show:
Men, and those who love them, listen up!
The stats show us that men’s concern for their health tends to be a case of “I’m fine… I’m invincible… crisis…ok I guess something has to change”. But what if we could focus on the most important things to have a prevention strategy in place?
Gerald Quigley is back on the show, with a 40+ year career as both a pharmacist and master herbalist, to help men feel clear on what matters in a prevent strategy including:
What you need to test and how often
What lifestyle levers tend to be the most important ones
How to understand results and what to do about them
What issues tend to overwhelm or worry men to the point of avoidance
How to worry less
I hope you find it useful and share with the men in your life!
Gerald has a wonderful easy going approach to empowering people into action rather than scaring us into paralysis.

About Gerald Quigley
Gerald Quigley B.Pharm, M.H.
Gerald is a Pharmacist and Master Herbalist based in Melbourne. He is a media health commentator heard each week on many radio stations across Australia.
He is co-host of the House of Wellness radio program heard each Sunday on the Nine Radio Network live across Australia.
Gerald is a Fellow of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia and Fellow of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.
Gerald’s passion is to empower each person to make sensible health decisions, and to continually maintain and improve their quality of life, especially as they age.
Gerald reinforces our rediscovering of the ability to understand wellness, the role of food choices, and aging well – all of which are aspects of vitality fundamental to our future.
In Gerald’s view, inflammation is the key underlying driver of chronic disease which in turn reduces quality-of-life. The “illness system” treats symptoms. Most patients can live “with” a health issue if they have been empowered with information and options, rather than being “dominated by” that condition at every stage.
Thank you to this month’s sponsors for partnering with our show and helping you make your swaps with their special offer:

About Waters Co.
The biggest discount WatersCo have done that I can remember this month through to December 15th. I got my first WatersCo Jug 14 years ago now, and these days we have the mini water and jug for travel/camping options, and the big Bio1000 10L benchtop for our cooking and drinking every day.
They take everything you don’t want out, remineralising the filtered water to give you a deeply hydrating & delicious water to enjoy.
I also love that the mini cartridges that fit in both jug and mini waterman can be opened; the insides go into the garden or compost, and the cartridge goes to curbside recycling!
The benchtop refill filters seem ex-y, but on an annual cost calculation, it’s the most economical I’ve found for this level of filtration that includes metals, PFAS, BPAs, fluoride up to 99.99% (independently tested), pesticide/herbicide residue, viruses/bacteria and chlorine…
Enjoy the super generous 15% off this month – we’ve never done this big a 15% off before on filters so it’s a very good time to jump in if you’ve got this on your list.
