When I started this blog in March, it was the best way I knew how to share, give, express and inform, on a range of things important to living a better, more real way of life. I’m pleased to report that 121 posts later, 70 of which are recipes, 6 interviews and 44 articles on all sorts of topics, I still feel exactly the same way. I have the longest list of posts and subjects that interest me to explore for us all next year and please, if you ever have anything you’d like explored, don’t hesitate to shout out.
I’ll be writing books next year and more articles for publications. That really, really excites me. The idea that I could be more actively helping and empowering people to be their best self, well – that’s just awesome and makes my heart sing at the thought of it. I can’t wait to share more about all of that with you as 2013 unfolds.
I thought I’d post the links to the most popular articles and recipes of 2012, for any newer subscribers who might have missed the earlier ones.

So there we are. Thanks to anyone and everyone who shared my posts, linked back to them, retweeted and took the time to let me know you liked them – means the world! If you’re not signed up yet, you can do that easily to the top right of this post. Not sharing every single one via twitter and facebook, it’s a good way to get the weekly overview email and not miss anything.
Have a special start to your new year. Sneak some quiet time on New Year’s Day to let in good energy and feel the dawning of the new year. Taking time to think about what we want to see in our future is definitely something we don’t do enough, so why not take the time on a special day of the year to do just that.
Many good wishes to you and yours for 2013
